Welcome to the BSC Helpdesk

The College E-mail System upgrade is now complete. We appreciate your patience throughout the upgrade/migration process.
The email upgrade will significantly improve throughput of the system for everyone. For OWA users many new features will be introduced by this upgrade. Please note that the direct link address to OWA email has changed to https://mail.bsc.edu/owa which means that if you have an internet "bookmark" or "favorite" that links to OWA mail, you will need to change it to the new address.

The following link is a streaming video presentation for those that will use the OWA version of e-mail. When you click on the link it will automatically start and go through each of the 8 topics. Use the scroll function on the right of the screen to move down to see the controls. You can pause, rewind, skip ahead, choose a different topic, etc. The entire presentation is 20+ minutes in length and can be viewed at anytime.
